Help

Use the following options to get help with the Elevate Me site:

  • How do I get more help?

If you're struggling with anything on the Elevate Me site or need further careers guidance then get in contact with us directly.

To do this, head over to the contact page where you can drop us an email, give us a call, or use our contact form!

(You can navigate back to this page at any point by clicking the 'Help' icon at the top right of the screen.)

  • How do I get back to the city?

From any page on the website you can return to the Elevate City by clicking the ‘Elevate Me City’ tab at the top of the page.

This will take you straight back to the city overview where you can then enter other buildings.

  • How do I get back to the homepage?

From any page on the website you can return to the Homepage by clicking the ‘Welcome’ tab at the top of the page.

This will take you back to the first page of our website where you can select to go to the city or directly to other pages.

  • What is a Progress Tracker?

Progress trackers can be found on the final floor of many of the buildings in the Elevate City.

The progress tracker is a simple checklist of things you might want to do or think about in order to be successful in that particular area.  It's useful to work through the checklist in order.

You will find lots of downloadable content, actions to undertake, and questions to think about to help you on your way!

P.S. The login function was removed on 24th June so answers to any Progress Tracker actions cannot be saved.

  • Is there a special order to go round the city in?

Not at all, it's completely up to you which buildings you head to!

If you really don’t know where to begin here are some ideas:

    • For help finding a job a route through the Careers Advice Centre, CV Hot House, WorkSearch Stadium and Interview Park could be helpful.
    • For help with education a route through the Learning Slopes, Motivation, Health & Wellbeing Academy, and Money, Housing & Benefits building could be helpful.
