Peer mentoring is when people in similar situations but with different levels of life skills support others to succeed. If you are still at School you might find that your school or college operates a peer mentoring scheme to assist struggling learners or as part of an anti-bulling project. Alternatively, if you’ve left education already many charities and youth groups operate peer mentoring activities that you could get involved in.
